Low-Impact Strength Training

A 45-minute workout focused on keeping active adults fit for life. Each workout is designed for a variety of fitness levels with the right amount of challenge and intensity to suit each level. Options range from balance-supported, to body weight, to resistance. The workout builds lower body and core strength, flexibility, and balance. LES MILLS THRIVE is a workout everyone can do to stay fit for life.

LES MILLS CEREMONY

Full-Body Functional Circuit Training

A 45-minute, functional training circuit class that focuses on strength and cardio conditioning for a total body workout. Each class is scientifically designed with a range of exercises, equipment, and tailored work/rest intervals. The playlist is thoughtfully curated to maximize the workout experience. You haven’t done circuit until you’ve done LES MILLS CEREMONY.
